I'm a qualified infant massage instructor, certified with IMIS (Infant Massage Information Service).
The benefits of infant massage range from strengthening the bond, improves sleep, boosts immune system, improves wind, colic, reflux and constipation, and much, much more.
When my daughters were babies I instinctively massaged them knowing it was a good thing. When I knew I was going to be a nanna I decided to become a qualified Infant Massage Instructor and I studied with IMIS (Infant Massage Information Service). From the time my grandson arrived, I massaged him almost every day until he was about 2 years of age and this helped to form an incredible bond with him.
I've been a certified Infant Massage Instructor since 2009 teaching mums and dads individually and also group sessions
