Love Child - old school rock influences with a touch of blues and a modern attitude, infusing Motown adding an Australian blues edge to the mix.
The band consists of front man Steve Hancock, (Vocals/Harp) driven by Guitarist Dennis Val, supported by rhythm section Garry Daglish on Bass and James Pool Drums.
Love Child's debut album "Circus in Town " was released worldwide in 2014 and the start of heavy airplay .
2016 saw the release of Love Child’s 2nd album “A Whole Lotta Sassy” Produced by Grammy Nominee Sammy Kannis, & was received with rave reviews Worldwide and by the end of the year they were Number One on Radio Indie Alliance Charts in UK and USA with their singles, “Watching The River Flow” and “Like A Child”.
Early 2018 the band released ''Lose Your Way'' by world class producer Craig Porteils charting on major independent radio in the Southern Belt of the USA. Current airplay includes England, USA, Ireland, Scotland, France, Denmark, Belgium, Norway, Germany, South Africa, Brazil and New Zealand.
2019 release was ‘You Broke Me’ produced by Mark Opitz (Cold Chisel/INXS/AC-DC).
