Capoeira is a unique art originating from Brazil that combines Music, Dance, Acrobatic Moves and Self-defence into one art form.

We will introduce you to Capoeira through some of the basic kicks, moves and acrobatics. So get ready to use your whole body and develop your coordination and endurance.

All our classes are open classes so everyone is welcomed.

Mondays 7:30 to 8:30pm
